The Salumificio “VERZA” is an artisanale cured pork meat factory, that was founded in 1968.
Today Salumificio “VERZA” is a well known brand name that guarantees the quality of genuine sausage products which still have wholesome farmhouse-style characteristics.
Their fresh sausages (available also with vegetables) are made without preservatives. Their cured meat products are made without using sugars and follow a slow traditional seasoning.
All products are made only with heavy Italian pigs and are without: allergens, gluten, polyphosphate, milk and its derivatives.
